• Yard must be level and clear
• Ensure clear access to build site
• Electricity and job site must be within 150 ft of installation or additional charges apply

• Choose a safe, open area
• Maintain a 6 ft safety zone around the playset (ASTM)
• No overhead obstructions (trees, wires)

Any additional ground leveling and/or site preparation needed to install the swing set will result in additional fees and/or delays in the installation.

• Area must be level and obstacle-free
• Ensure proper drainage (poor drainage voids warranty)
• Add a 6 ft safety zone to total dimensions

Must be residential installations only. We cannot build at commercial applications such as churches or daycares.

• Must be a single-family residential home
• Provide 3–4 ft clear access to the site
• Electricity and job site must be within 150 ft of installation or additional charges apply
• Mark sprinklers & underground utilities (installer not responsible for unmarked damage)
• Obtain HOA approval if required
