PREPARE YOUR SITE

With your help, we can ensure a smooth and successful build.

Here’s what we need from you before installation.

Select the Right Location

Choose a safe, open area
Maintain 6 ft safety zone around the playset (ASTM)
No overhead obstructions (trees, wires)

Any additional ground leveling and/or site preparation needed to install the swing set will result in additional fees and/or delays in the installation.

Clear & Level the Area

Area must be level and obstacle-free
Ensure proper drainage (poor drainage voids warranty)
Add safety zone to total dimensions

Must be a single-family home. No commercial or concrete installs. Poor drainage voids warranty.

Access & Requirements

Must be a single-family residential home
Provide 3–4 ft clear access to the site
Access to electricity within 150 ft (fees may apply)
Mark sprinklers & underground utilities
Obtain HOA approval if required

Mark underground utilities (installer not responsible for unmarked damage)

Safety & Readiness

Keep pets secured
Keep children clear during installation
Site must be ready on install day (delays/fees may apply)
