Prepare Your Site

With proper planning, you can expect a smooth delivery, unboxing and setup experience.

HERE'S WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU BEFORE DELIVERY:

Clear the Curb

Make sure the curb is ready for boxes to be dropped there
Have an extra person to help you move the boxes
Ensure the path to your site is easily accessible

Select & Prep Your Site

Choose a safe, level and dry location
Avoid low or soggy areas
Leave a minimum of 3’ clearance for structures for proper assembly. This includes all 4 sides and overhead.
Playsets require a 6’ safety zone around the perimeter to meet ASTM requirements
Check overhead clearance for trees, wires or roof overhangs which may prevent you from safely installing your project
