Delivery Expectations

• Tentative delivery date given within 3 weekdays of ordering
• Delivered by third-party truck
• Boxes placed curbside

• Make sure the curb is clear
• Have someone to help you move the boxes where you want (delivery driver cannot help)

Email Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Delivery Date

Within 3 weekdays, we will contact you to provide a tentative delivery date.

Delivery Scheduled

Once your delivery date is confirmed, you will be notified via text 3 days prior to delivery as well as on the day of delivery.

Prep Your Site

To ensure your build goes as smoothly as possible, be sure to obtain permits, clear your curb for delivery, and level your build site.
